Liability Waiver

Please review this waiver carefully before continuing with your roadside service request.

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that roadside services may involve risks including vehicle damage, wheel or lug damage, battery or electrical issues, towing-related damage, lockout complications, roadside hazards, weather exposure, traffic exposure, delays, and other known or unknown risks associated with vehicle assistance.

2. Independent Service Providers

You acknowledge that services requested through BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) are performed by independent providers, not by BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) itself. BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) acts only as a connection and dispatch platform.

3. Release of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release and discharge BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST), its owners, operators, affiliates, and platform administrators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to roadside services requested through the platform, including provider actions, delays, incomplete work, property damage, vehicle damage, bodily injury, or other service outcomes.

4. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Issues

You understand that vehicles may have pre-existing defects, prior damage, seized parts, aftermarket modifications, unsafe conditions, hidden mechanical problems, or other limitations that can affect service results. BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or complications discovered during service.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) does not guarantee that a provider will be able to complete a repair, unlock a vehicle, start a battery, change a tire, tow a vehicle without issue, or otherwise resolve the problem that prompted the request.

6. Customer Authorization

By proceeding, you confirm that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle or location involved and that you voluntarily accept the risks associated with the requested service.

7. Acceptance

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver.
