1. Platform Role

BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) operates as a dispatch and connection platform that helps customers request roadside assistance from independent service providers. BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) does not itself perform towing, tire changes, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, jump starts, or other roadside services.

2. Independent Providers

All services requested through the platform are performed by independent providers and not by employees, agents, or representatives of BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST). Providers are solely responsible for their conduct, equipment, service quality, arrival times, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. No Guarantee of Availability or Timing

BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) does not guarantee provider availability, response time, estimated arrival time, completion time, or successful service outcome. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, provider availability, mechanical limitations, location issues, safety concerns, or other operational factors.

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location details, vehicle information, and problem description. If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted, service may be delayed, misrouted, limited, or unavailable.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing may vary based on location, time, vehicle condition, urgency, distance, difficulty, and provider availability. Payments may be collected directly by a provider or processed through a third-party payment service when enabled. You are responsible for all approved charges associated with your request.

6. No Warranty

BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding provider performance, workmanship, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or service outcomes. The platform is provided on an as-available basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) and its owners, operators, affiliates, and platform administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to provider conduct, vehicle damage, delays, missed appointments, failed repairs, towing issues, property damage, bodily injury, loss of use, lost income, or service outcomes.

8. Communications

By using the platform, you consent to receive service-related calls, text messages, and status updates related to your request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

9. Misuse of Platform

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false requests, harass providers, provide fraudulent information, or use the service for unlawful purposes. BERNARDLEONARDLLC, doing business as Rapid Roadside Rescue (RRRFAST) may restrict or refuse service when misuse or abuse is suspected.

10. Acceptance

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
